Being a full time employer in the military, he was used to fast food and snacking high caloric meals especially with the 48 hours shift! started to decrease portion and picking fruits for snacks, stopped fried meals and exercised whenever it was possible. He didn't feel hungry and sugar cravings has been much less than before. Now he is a marshal art fighter and has been balancing out his diet plan on his own.

My Weight Loss Journey
Started with myself and lost 20 kgs by changing my own food routines and behaviors. With a black belt in Taekwondo, training was continuous however the excess weight continued to bother me. two things i have worked on: portion sizes and the amount of fat in my diet! gradually my shape and figure got better and I learned new secrets that helped me make the exact same change with my clients.
